1. Scope of Engagement
KUM Online Services acts as a professional facilitator and technology-enabled consultancy assisting clients with document drafting, statutory filings, and compliance submissions to regulatory government portals (MCA, GSTN, Income Tax, DGFT, Trademarks).
2. Government Authority Discretion
While our team ensures 100% accurate drafting and submission, final grant of company names, incorporation certificates, trademark registrations, and tax refunds remains within the sole statutory discretion of respective government registrars and officers.
3. Client Responsibilities & Accuracy
Clients agree to provide genuine, valid, and authentic identity records, financial statements, and business descriptions. KUM Online Services shall not be held liable for statutory penalties resulting from forged or inaccurate client submissions.
4. Fee Structure & Government Challans
Professional advisory fees are fixed as quoted. Official government filing fees, stamp duties, and statutory challans are subject to exact regulatory slabs mandated by state and central ministries.
